This subject, being vast and spanning many different aspects and topics, has always been the foundation of my Chinese medicine studies particularly Acupuncture. The Chinese for thousands of years, have always spoken about “Longevity”, so it was normal for me to, up until now use the word longevity.

You see, it all makes sense that we all want to live a long healthy life.

Though now, the concern lies in the “HOW DO I DO THIS?” …. talk about information overload. All one needs to do is to begin researching and truth be known you’ll never stop your research and learning.

This is what I have discerned for myself, and remember I’ve been in the field of wholistic and natural health for over 38 years!

Let me break it down into a simple A, B, C.

A) We are a Soul with a Physical Body not a Physical Body with a Soul.

B) Our 4 Priorities are:-

2) Physical Body

3) Family & Loved Ones and

4) Social Interactions, Connections and Communications

C) Live with a sense of spirit, purpose and destiny. That is, do what you came to do.

But what about how we combine everything in order that we get ALL the essentials taken care of each and every day!
