This is one of my favourite knowings, it’s so true…. can’t hide.

So often we find ourselves, wanting to get away from our stress, to just be able to find peace and solitude. If only I can just win the lottery, live in a remote paradise or meet someone that is going to “change my life”.

All too often wanting to seek in this way, creates repeated patterns of dis-satisfaction and disharmony.

We need to realise that all that we seek is within. Once we unfold this, we truly find peace and inner harmony.

Awareness, Awake, Awaken.
