Back in the 80’s before Jenny Craig and the weight loss centres, I treated many for weight. The main thing that I focus on is the metabolism, the metabolic rate. This is what I saw as a common thread with every patient I treated. The bodies ability to go to work and digest efficiently.

I don’t think much has changed today, except I would now add the hormonal aspect into the equation. If we put these two aspects of body function together the common cause would be STRESS. The number one cause of cancer, diabetes and heart conditions would probably be the same influence on the body called STRESS.
My approach is simple, eliminate STRESS, by sustaining clear energetic levels and change couping mechanisms to bypass the trivia of the emotional conditioned body. The system seems to be more able to “go to work” when it is functioning from a stable, peaceful and harmonious standpoint.
One’s mindful direction is able to easily discern what’s best to ingest and the desire for “fast food” has less influence over a wholesome nutritious, organic diet. It’s because of a more relaxed and stable body working harmonious within the toxins can more readily be eliminated as opposed to accumulated. Cravings for sugar and fats become a thing of the past as the body begins to repair and the synergy of mind, body and spirit align.

There are many aspects to obtaining you optimum weight and body shape. I personally don’t believe that we are all meant to be the “perfect” shape. Whatever this may be.

So let’s approach this in the simplistic and possibly most logical way.
Remember I wrote that weight concerns can be defined from 3 categories.

These are in priority order.

1) Stress – lifestyle choices.✔️
2) Body metabolism.✔️
3) Hormonal function.✔️
